Carobs Australia Inc was founded in 1998 to promote understanding and greater adoption of marketing Carob Products, Carob Processing, Carob Growing, Carob Farming, Carob Nurseries and managing Carob Orchards. This replaced the Carob Growers Association that was founded in 1994 with a new association incorporated under Western Australian legislation.

Members & collaborators are located all over Australia, South Africa and Spain networked to research scientists, growers, processors, wholesalers and others worldwide through Carobs Australia e-News. The purpose of this website is to provide the public with in-depth information on Carob activities in Australia.
